The price

The bathroom was not appropriately cleaned. There was hair left on the walls from the previous guest.

NOTHING! Needs to be reported to the health department.

This hotel is disgusting and in an unsafe area. I?ll never go back there. Checked out after 40 mins and they refused to refund my money!!!

There were roaches in the room. We had to kill 5 or 6 roaches in the room that came running when the lights were turned on in the room.

Staff rude

House keeper threw my food away and my belongings made her give them back

It was clean evpnough, conveniently located near the highway and roomy. It was the right price and perfectly adequate for our needs, which were to rest before getting back in the road and having a decent mattress and a clean room.

It was pretty bare bones but that was fine. There was no restaurant nearby.

Convenient to the highway.

Late night businesses run out of some rooms. Cars vandalized in the parking lot. Strong smell of lotion in the room and a blond hair in the bed.

Convenient location for a good price.

Suspicious characters lurking about. Big spot on my comforter. Breakfast not the best.

The hotel was not clean, we had a used bar of soap in our bathroom when we arrived,we never found an ice machine.

It was close enough to Charlotte to not be out of the way.

The bathroom wasn't super clean. The staff was curt and hard to speak with. There were unsavory characters on the property.

The room had not been cleaned at all and when asked to clean manager got angry. There was dirt in the bath tub, mold in the fridge, floors were covered in filth, and the sheets were not washed.

The ONLY thing I liked about this hotel is that it's five miles from the airport.

The room was not clean, candy wrappers in the floor. Towels were stained, with black hairs all over them. There was no deadbolt lock on the door. Extremely outdated furniture. Stains on the bed sheets. Seriously the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

The hotel needs a lot of up keep done to the restrooms! The bed was comfortable and for grind an old hotel it was overall ok! Defiantly would have never paid full price to stay there!!!

afraid for my life front desk staff girl was rude and not helpful my room smelled like cigarettes even though I requested a nonsmoking room. I asked the front desk girl and her response was "i can spray it for you".

This hotel is far, far beyond a little run down and dingy. It seemed very dirty and uncared for. I wouldn't say there was anything I liked. The worst part was the lack of seal between the door and the frame, which exasperated the noise issue (see below)

The worst part was the noise: loud traffic, consistent thumping bass music from cars coming and going (which made you wonder why cars were coming and leaving so often--there was even a "no visitors" sign, which made me assume the worst), and angry yelling

I like the room it had a lot of space for us to put the bags

that the tv didn't work we had to get up an change the tv an I paid more then wat I was suppose to pay.

The staff is very friendly and nice it's clean and the kids felt comfortable.

During race week the rate went up.
