Everything was nice especially staff.

If you have an inside room.. the bar can get a little loud... but the views are gorgeous.

There was no mirror oitside the bathroom with a plug beside it so that two women could get ready at the same time.

How some of the employees were super nice even when a lot of things went wrong...

Yes the toilet seat was cracked and my boyfriend fell off of it and they didn't offer us anything but a drink credit and room switch

The bar area was very cool and clean. Great location and nice staff.

Convenient and clean. After I left I realized that I had left my toiletries bag behind. The manager was very helpful and helped me promptly even though I called at 11:00 at night!

The original room that had been reserved for me smelled of mildew as soon as I opened the door. There were mildew stains by the a/c vent in the bedroom. The second room was not cleaned properly, the TV screen was practically broken, mildew around bathtub.

I like how nice and fresh the hotel smelled. It didn?t have an ?old ruggy/moldy? smell. The hotel staff were nice. My room was exactly as pictured (which is very rare). So I was super about that. My bed was comfortable. Overall my stay was perfect!!

The staff was very polite, easy check in.

Issue with fan in bathroom. It stayed on all night, was loud and needed to be cleaned.

The worker was accepting orders and payment at the counter upon my turn instead of taking my order I was seated at a table. After watching several other patrons continue to place orders I again approached the counter second time to have my order taken.

The music next door from a club was loud all evening, the neighbors woke us up at two in the morning from partying in their room.

This used to be a very nice hotel before the remodel. Now it looks like a 13 year old girl decorated it.

Definitely loved the location as it was next to the mall and many restaurants

Room floor was sticky like old water was used to clean it.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were very attentive.

The hotel was not in a central location! Room floor was cold because of the lamented tile. Heat did not work in my room, central heating system kicked out cold air. Bathroom moldings were coming down.

The location to shopping and restaurants was perfect, it was clean and bed was comfortable.

Public areas like hallways elevators lounges definitely need a little attention they were afraid carpet walls were dirty or scuffed

The room was ultra modern and clean.

Staff was so-so in the friendly department.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, lobby bar was pricey but convenient and again the staff there was lovely, bed was comfortable. Can't beat the location.

"Heated" pool was freezing, hotel definitely looks like an older building that some refresh was slapped on, didn't feel overly clean. Shower wasn't updated.
