Hampton Inn & Suites Charlotte/SouthPark at Phillips Place

I specifically chose this hotel and particular room because of the in-suite Jacuzzi tub and it was WONDERFUL. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was extremely pleasant.

The one tiny flaw I found was that there was some cosmetic damage in the bathroom, but that obviously did not attract from the fantastic stay I experienced.

The toilet is way too low and a tub is difficult to get into with only one grab bar. We would prefer a shower and higher toilet

The location was excellent, near shopping and eateries. Free parking and free breakfast made it very affordable.

We had to use a handicapped room because of the occupancy at the time. We would have preferred a standard room.

This hotel had such a wonderful staff at the front desk who were so nice and helpful. Their kitchen staff in the mornings were really nice as well. The hotel was really pretty and very clean. We loved our room and the location was great!

Very clean, spacious, and super cozy. Breakfast was decent. I am extremely happy there was actual food and stocked.The waffle maker is my favorite. Although I wished the whirlpool was opened I loved the swimning pool equally. Overall impressed!

It was quiet, and located near lots of restaurants and shopping.

There were red stains on the carpet. The whirlpool tub had hair from a previous guest.

We¿ve stayed at this hotel twice before and loved it. This stay was not as great. For starters, they must have changed the beds because these were uncomfortable and noisy (frame creaked every time we moved). Also, the phone in the room didn¿t work.

I liked the location, nice shops and eateries nearby beautiful exterior of building. The hotel seemed clean and staff were accommodating. Convenient location near my relatives. comfortable beds.

The staff, location and cleanliness of the hotel. I like how they adhere to CDC guidelines for Covid.

I didn't like how some people did not have on a mask at breakfast in the main dining hall. Guidelines stated everyone entering must wear a mask, but some people did not adhere. I didn't like that.

The privacy and free parking

We needed more towel services and more options for breakfast would have been nice

Some local fruit in season would be outstanding! A titch pricey but I'm guessing that's location.

Room was not ready at 3:30 pm when I got there. Waited 15 minutes to get the room.

The location was excellent. So close to many shops and restaurants. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. Will stay here again when I next come to Charlotte
