The doors being closed loudy at 2 in the morning

nothing we left and didn't stay it smelled of marijana in lobby went to room and room was dirty. stains on chair and bed sheet and blanket the rugs had so much dirt, looked like they had not been swept in weeks so we asked for a refund and left

The rooms didn’t look like the pics. The hotel was very dirty along with the room. It was so bad to the point where I didn’t even shower.. the counter, tub, ceiling was very dirty with brown stains everywhere. They had people living in the hotel. Unsafe

Nothing. We did not stay there. It was filthy. The receptionist showed us the room and before seeing the room we decided we weren't going to stay there. The stinch was horrible. They need to close down immediately!!

The roof didn't leak in the room.

Smelled like cigarette smoke and body odor. There were no towels or wash cloths. The furniture was broken and there were holes in the walls.

The thing I like best was the location. I like how accessible it was to public transportation.

I would like to also shout out the front desk agent . Not only is she beautiful, but she was very nice, she was knowledgeable about the area, suggested things to do and places to eat. I hope when I return that she will be there to assist.

Looks run down, smells, no breakfast (advertise w/breakfast), only 1 elevator works, room phone disconnected, had a queen room but bed was smaller than queen size & lots of foot traffic after midnight! Not typical La quinta, visited over the past few yrs!

Cleanliness and safety hazards. The trash can at the entrance was overflowing and trash on the ground, when I mentioned to the hotel employee it was not taken care of until the next day. Elevator was missing up button on the 3rd floor with exposing wires.

The hotel was short staffed, I literally had to make the bed myself and replace the toilet paper and ask for towels. They were very accomodating, switching the room (the first room wasn?t clean at all)

Room was cleaner at least than the rest of the hotel.

Pretty much everything was more in the one-star range. Internet service was bad, lobby and halls were dirty, etc.

No shuttle to and from airport I had to go to 3 rooms before I found one that had been cleaned after the last guest

The staff is very friendly and courteous

Has no food, roaches. Not many channels on tv, water soak in the carpet, room smells like a dog.

Understood my need and strive to satisfy; I was visiting with airport cancellations of my flight: The customer service guy from Jamaica was very professional and friendly

There was no breakfast.

No breakfast offered. Blamed it on the county. Rugs in halls were filthy. Desk clerk mumbled and acted like we were wasting his time. Asked for shampoo. Never got any.

I had a cockroach crawl on me in my sleep. I stepped in slime on the carpet. The bathroom light didn?t work. I then switched rooms to another room where the bathroom sink water didn?t drain even with the entire drain plug fully out and MORE!
