The location and the staff, the breakfast was good

The pool.waa not open and some of the fitness machine wasn't worlking

Proximity to the amphitheater.

It felt dated a little. 1/2 elevators were not working.

The lady at the front desk was extremely pleasant

The hotel is out dated and disgusting. Hand prints on the wall, wall paper peeling off, chipped furniture, red chair that was black, hair balls on the dirty and stained carpet. Toliet was not working properly. Didn't even stay the night.

The staff, location and breakfast were 10/10. The fact that the front entrance door is locked at night and only way to get in is with key access made me feel safe and I loved that! The complimentary coffee was superb! Price was great!

Only I didn?t like was that my room was a non smoking room but as soon as I walked in it smelled like old smoke

The furniture in the room was wornout. The mattress was ripped, the fitted sheet did not fit the mattress. The bathroom sink was clogged.

Room had a moldy smell, dusty. Dated furniture and overall aesthetic.

It was close to the event we attended as well places to eat.

I did not like they did not except cash. If you wanted to buy a candy bar you had to pay by credit card.

Location, location, location. Situated on North Teton street close to 85 and plenty of restaurants nearby. Pet friendly and convenient. Breakfast was great and was great and was served until 10 am. 24 hrs of free coffee made it even better.

Our room floors weren¿t particularly in great shape nor was it clean. The Ac unit even though was functional, it was erratic.

I stay in Hotels all over the United States as I travel for work. This however was a Pleasure trip. Probably the cleanest Hotel I have ever been in !! Thank you so much for your assistance getting to and from our music venue !!

The staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast selection was a bit limited. There were so.e parts of the carpet in the hallway that was fraued and torn. The bathtub/shower in my room could have been cleaner.

Location and surrounding dining and shopping experiences were wonderful! Hotel Amenities were also a very nice.

I was a bit disappointed in the fact that there was no vending machines available. However the hotel did provide for a bit of a charge a wide range of vending choices.

A lot of things played part in this review. While you had pens in room no paper to write on ? When I went down for breakfast I knew it was dark so I asked why was it so dark. Well the girl that answered me did so with no care or concern. We not open

Evening Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and a simple call to update the front desk kept everything on track for us with a late check in. Check out at this hotel was not until 12 Noon and this was so great!!

I do wish breakfast would have stayed open until 10am.

Only complaint was the elevator was a little dirty.. that night it looked like someone spilled something on the floor & the next evening that same sticky stuff was still there.

I liked the hot breakfast, although the only hot foods were cheese omelettes bacon and waffles.

I didn¿t like that no one cleaned my room or gave me fresh towels, but they were understaffed due to the pandemic so I was more than understanding and went to the front desk to get my towels.

Our room first smelled like urine. The walls and carpets all had stains and extreme wear and tear. I didn't even take a shower bc it looked disgusting.

The 1rst floor smelled badly.i had 2 spray lysol on that floor.Thats not cool an thats wea breakfast served DAILY

Room needed small maintenance done. Door handle was loose, sink drain was stuck, fridge made noise.

The sheets were wrinkled, pillows were small & very soft (uncomfortable) sheets kept coming off of the mattress like they were too small.
