Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Charlotte Arrowood

Hotel was outdated and in need of repairs. Pool wasn't open and apparently hadn't been all season long.

Location

Bed was hard and no breakfast as promised

Room was clean, bed were comfortable and breakfast was good. Location was nice and quiet, overall the stay was great with no issues.

Bathroom could of used an exhaust fan as the shower got nice and hot which made for some steam and moisture, we just left the bathroom door cracked and that helped.

The staff

My room was old and stiff I asked to be moved when I first got there and wasn't accommodated I had to spray room with bug spray and lysol room was out dated

The quiet!

The coffee pot lid was broken. The bar in the shower was coming out of the wall on one side. The alarm clock was outdated.

I found hair in the bed. I ended up sleeping on top of the comforter. Also, the environment is outdated and worn.

The best and only good part of this hotel was the breakfast. The good part of the hotel was that the door locked and the toilet flushed.

Everyone on staff was super friendly. It was a pretty standard Fairfield convenient to downtown and just up the road from Carowinds. The friendliness from the staff was a nice touch.

The hotel wasn't spectacular it was adequate. But the rooms, hotel and the hotel grounds were clean . The parking lots were well lit. The bed was comfortable for me. They offer handicap accessible rooms. Free breakfast was in a bag. Covid sham.

The front desk person at that time was not very friendly. I don¿t know what the story was, but she let me know multiple times that this was not her regular hotel and knew nothing about the rooms, not in an apologetic manner but more complaining.

Centrico, cerca de aeropuerto, conercios y restaurante. Desayuno y agua caliente disponible.

La dama del front desk fue poco simpatica muy seria. Nos dijo que la limpieza se haria sin huespedes dentro de la habitacion. Al dia siguiente nos dice que tenemos que informar si queremos room service, lo informamos. Y no hicieron la hsbitacion nunca.

Would stay here again. 1 minute from I-77 exit. Decent Grab-N-Go breakfast as full breakfast closed due to COVID.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites locates at a perfect position for my visit to Charlotte. In addition, the free breakfast has variety of food, which is a good plus. Room is clean and cozy, and the staffs are nice and friendly. Gym is simple but nice to have.

The A/C in the room is probably out of date so the sound is a little loud during the nights. It would be really nice if the equipment can be revised in future.

Worst front desk customer service! Front desk staff not accommodating by room type at all. There was no manager on duty until the next day, or so I was told. Don't stay here!

was right off interstate 77 easy access. We did arrive early and they did let us check in @ noon which was wonderful. Room was clean and spacious. It met all of our needs just fine just no extra WOW to it, but would stay again
