Everything. 1st room smelled like pot and bathroom was trashed. 2nd room wouldn?t open. Final room ac was half working, huge space in the door, had to slam it to shut. Breakfast is a joke. Locals I say are more of a problem here. Loud all hours

Run down , filthy and noisy

Felt unsafe. Deadbolt on the door was broken. TV remote missing. Exterior was dirty.

Dirty, stains on chair and stains on the sheets. Walked in and walked back out.

The Location

The first room they gave us . The sink was plugged up. Coffee spill on floor. Second room was better, but needed attention., Light switch cover broken, bathroom door needed to be replaced

Commercial Vehicle parking

Everything. The key was synced to the wrong room, the smoke alarm was covered with a bag, AC was falling apart, roaches everywhere, tub had a yellow residue, got another room and it had even more bugs! I left and booked a room at a Marriott instead.

The staff was very nice and room was clean

The Wi-Fi didnt work and when I tried to call the front desk the phone line had been cut. I called the hotel number and it was not working. The dumpster was being serviced at 5ish in the morning.

Everything. Floors were dirty. There was a closet to hang up clothes but no hangers. No hair dryer. Free breakfast was an absolute joke. There were sime bugs in the room also.

Didn't have breakfast, the room was dirty, sheets were not clean, door didn't even close all the way. I killed two cockroaches, before laying down. This place was horrible.

I stopped in to get some rest but my traveling friend kept me awake, no sleep for me. Due to having no sleep I left my iPad behind, I didn¿t realize this until I made it to the Virginia truck stop. Drove all the way back to get my iPad. Thank so much.

The staff were nice.

The hotel is being remodeled so was not the best time to judge them. The bigest concern was the gun shots in the middle of the night. Also someone's car alarm kept going off all night. We did not get much sleep. I will not stay there again.

The room was clean with no odors. The employees were friendly and helpful.

Internet was sometimes slow or cutting out due to the renovations taking place.

Breakfast - no fruit, no danish/pastry, no plates; not good Room - No hot water in shower, no hook on back of bathroom door, no table in window, no coffee maker, microwave inoperable

The beds were clean

The refrigerator was dirty and the freezer was frozen shut because it needed to be defrosted. The microwave was also dirty and the turn table inside of it didn¿t work. The was a constant smell of marijuna on the premises.

When I checked in, the wheelchair accessible room I reserved was rented to someone else. There was a rat trap at the front door and I saw a rat running in & out of the trap. This place is a dump.

Heat didn't work properly. They did not have breakfast as advertised. Couldn't hook up to wifi. Bed bugs. And I left with a cold. Due to the heat not working properly

liked nothing about this property. The front desk guy gave me a set of clean sheets and a broom when I asked.

The sheets, and bed cover and spread were dirty or had holes in them. The floor was filthy, with dead bugs. The door closed, but there was space around it, we didn't feel safe. The air conditioner was very loud. The towels were worse than garage towels.
