Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte Airport North

It is a really bad place for the price need clean every where the elevator very dirty bad smell the room the AC make so much noise you can’t even rest well. It is a bad place.

Worst room I've had in years. There was no dresser in the room just a bare wall where a dresser should have been. There wasn't even a clock radio! I was only going to be there about 8-9 hours or I would have refused to stay in that room

Shuttle option. Very friendly & helpful driver & front desk team.

Really close to the airport.

They were doing construction and my room had bugs.

The closeness to the airport, the room was fairly clean. The hotel shuttle driver was wonderful

They advertise a restaurant that was basically a kiosk and the staff were rude

They helped me get into my room at 10:00 at night.

Parking was limited. They had a full house.

The location, close to the airport

The airport shuttle drove past us at least twice, and the front desk did not answer their phone on many attempts when we called to ask about the shuttle. We ended up having to wait on the curb for an hour at night with 2 small children.

Bed was soft the room seemed clean but the coffee station had ants so that's not great.

no services. no free coffee in the lobby. no food in the hotel.

Very convenient, friendly staff, good drinks, and most importantly: QUIET!

Bathrooms & elevator seemed outdated

Close to airport, clean and very nice. Shuttle service a plus.

Location was nearby family.

The pool was closed and we would not have booked this hotel if we had known the pool was not available for us to use.

not much, fairly easy to locate when driving

pool closed, dirty sheets on pull out sofa bed, out of food and drinks - were told waiting on a truck, not enough parking, turn off our access cards a day early and to walk around the entire hotel to get to the front desk to reprogram the cards

Closeness to the airport

The hotel needs to upagrade many things. They try to look updated but they are not. The front desk when we checked in were rude and gave us bad information. The evening guy was great! But he definitely needed help. There is not menu for Bistro at all

The bathtub was dirty and on the bathroom counter and on the tub. Also there was a huge red stain in the carpet by the bathroom

I am requesting a refund for my stay and have filed a complaint with Marriott. No swimming pool, no key cards, no secure lock on the room, light and outlet next to bed didn't work, bathroom light switch was broken in half. Ride to airport wasn't ready etc

Staff was extremely welcoming, and gracious. After a long day of travel, it made my day.

I was disappointed that they didn¿t offer breakfast. Any kind of grab and go would¿ve been appreciated. Coffee was very good thoug.

Needed a hotel close to the airport since missed connecting flight due to weather. They had a free shuttle that ran on the half hour and reception was excellent even though it was 1am!

Airport shuttle left at 6:30 AM and I was there at 6:31 so I missed it. The next one with the same driver was supposed to leave at 7 AM but he didn¿t get there till 7:15 AM. There was no traffic or entrances blocked that would¿ve made the trip longer.

Proximity to airport and fast checkin

Wish breakfast was free but it was delicious

Teeming with people upon arrival, spilling onto the sidewalks & driveways. My room was dirty & dusty. AC Broken. Electrical outlets by bedside broken on each side. I was unable to sleep and checked out at 0500 & caught earliest flight home.
