we were pleasantly surprised with the convenient location of this hotel.?and we thought the room was very nice and very clean!

Everything, the location has so many food and shopping options , having a gas station across the parking lot is a plus , not to far from downtown. The staff was polite and very pleasant, the rooms were clean and spacious.

There was nothing I didn¿t like . I plan on staying again on my next visit

Room size and location are good

I arrived very late are 1 and the key card didn¿t work. Security reissued and when I got in I discovered the AC did not work. Attempt theee was fine but not the original king room I requested and paid for. I should have been upgraded for the trouble

The room was nice and comfortable. We had the spa tub in the room and the room was spacious as well.

It was some what hard to regulate the temperature. It was either too hot or cold.

Very poor noise insulation .1" gap under door. Won't be back . Had better night's rest at cheaper hotel even though I asked for quiet room with no next door guests ."Incidental deposit " was not taken off my charge for 3 days.

Friendliness of staff

The bed mattress was very uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep well.

I enjoy staying at this hotel, the location is great, rooms are always clean, the bed is really comfortable, the staff are all friendly and helpful.

So many renovations. Couldn't use gym or pool

The staff was friendly. Several restaurants were close by.

The business office and the pool and the exercise room were all closed for remodeling. We did not know this until we checked in.

Hotel employee stands out so much!! She has such an outstanding attitude. She made me feel completely welcome. We re-booked this hotel because of her. Your other staff were polite but she stood OUT above the rest!

Customer service was excellent

There is no way this should be rated a 3-star. I have the photos of my room and other parts of this dirty hotel to prove it. Free breakfast was not 3-star caliber either. Please call me,

We had to make a change and the staff was so willing to accommodate us. When we needed anything, we had but to ask and it was secured. I would definitely like to return on my next trip to Charlotte.

I wish they offered a complimentary breakfast.
