Hyatt Place Charlotte Downtown

Be sure to visit the Fahrenheit are in restaurant on the 21st floor best views of the Charlotte skyline at night. Food was very good as well.

I wasn’t told about the amenities until I asked. The gym had no towels and barely any air conditioning

The expensive parking fees and the sofas in the room need a deep cleaning.

The location is perfect! The room was clean and spacious.

Very close walk to Spectrum center. Room was very nice with a gorgeous view of downtown Charlotte.

First, placed in an older looking room(old bathroom), the hot water was luke warm, there was no information about the restaurant being closed and no employee advised the same until I went from downstairs to upstairs. Several employees seemed interested.

The rooms were spacious. It was clean. There were several breakfast options.

The required valet parking could have been communicated more directly.

Every staff member was wonderful and eager to help. The breakfast was great!

Compared to other parking options around town, the hotel valet service was overpriced.

You had to be rsvp to eat at the restaurant For the price,it should of had an ice machine on multiple floors

The room and view were beautiful.

Charging valet and there isn¿t even anyone retrieving the cars in a proper manner. I was assuming because we were downtown, the service would be a little better. WRONG. Front desk at night, staff in lobby is rude.

Size of room and location.

The whole floor smelled like weed. Floor 7 and the toilet was not working well would not shut off had to remove top and fix it each time.

The best thing about this hotel was room size and location.

We were given a handicap room and the shower was limited on water power and drainage. Nothing to tell us about the hotel and what they had to offer and location of restaurant, gym, pool.

Location was great.

The toilet was broken and we asked for it to be fixed. Never happened. Front desk didn¿t care. Do not stay here.

Okay decor, okay location

The smell of pot permeated my entire floor for half of my stay. There was no cold water in the faucet, only warm and scalding. TV was disconnected and I had to manually reconnect it. Mini fridge made an grinding sound all night. Valet was awfully slow.

The bathroom door would not open and my husband was stuck inside. Called the desk and within 2 minutes someone was there to help. Took 15 minutes or so but they got him out.

Location and rooftop seating was great.

Entrance from street floor looked dirty. Used COVID as an excuse to not clean rooms during our 3 day stay! A note in the room said no maid service will be provided during the full length of your stay! Never saw made the entire three days we were there!

Decent gym, nice restaurant on the top floor.

Pillows are not comfortable. AC air didn’t smell fresh. Walls are paper thin, could hear my neighbor’s conversations all day long on one side and a crying baby on the other side.
