Rodeway Inn Charlotte Airport Area

Dirty, felt unsafe. We did not stay the night. I immediately booked another hotel as the night went on and we could hear riff raff outside hotel.

Located near highway/ interstate

Checked in 3 adults and they only had 2 towels & 2 wash cloths. When asked for another set the manager stated that they didn't have extra on site. If I could load pictures you would see the large gap where a bird or rodent could crawl

Cleanliness

The staff who tried to swindle money not agreed. No twoels when we needed more in the room

Roaches all over the room at night!! Terrible. No hot water. Toilet won't flush well.

Price little high for location and age

A man green unifo com called security chief Wilson, said doing room check. It was 2:30 in the morning. Ask me to open door. wasn't suppose to be in that room. I had to call front desk and have her to come out,give ID

I was mislead and they said they didn't have quadruple room and that's what i paid for very disappointing

NOTHING!!!

RESERVED AND PAID IN ADVANCE FOR a room and was given another, which I had to pay extra for, floor was dirty, no tub as pictured, shower was very slippery for some reason. Entrance door was damaged. Checked out at 6:am, COULDN'T WAIT TO GET OUT!

It was horrible. The bathroom floor was already wet. The linen was dingy and the front desk clerk was rude.

I didn't like anything about this hotel

I like how cheap it is

I didn't like their check in routines and also I booked online but I still had to go to the office even thought I had been there for a week

I like the price and the privacy

I do not like the wait in line in the morning to pay for another night

The room was dirty, toothpaste spots all over bathroom mirror, debris in sink, dirty wrinkled towel over sink. Baby roaches!!!! Got pictures and left immediately

Room was very warm. Heat worked well

Huge hole in the ceiling and behind toilet. Lobby stays locked have to deal through a small window. People hanging out all over begging for money, really unsafe area

Getting away from it

We refused to stay here. The parking lot is super sketchy, & before we could even get in our room, a crackhead walked up to us & asked if we wanted to buy cocaine or ice (meth). Room reeked of weed, & panhandlers were everywhere. we felt super unsafe

Everything. The hotel room was extremely dirty. I didn¿t make it 10 minutes in the room without complaining and eventually leaving. The room is NOT what is shown in the pictures at all! Worst hotel experience I have ever had.

The bedding was DISGUSTING! Hairs, blood stains, greasy, dingy. Not washed since the last occupancy. This in the time of COVID and MONKEY POX!! Have photos of it. The toilet seat dirty too. Did not want shower. Last guest's drinks left in the fridge!!

The room was okay

A few things.. The guy working front desk was HORRIBLE! Had to pay a different price from what I was told and also deposit was higher than expected . Some areas in the room looked like it had missed a few cleanings also ..

Location

This hotel is horrible. Dirty. No breakfast as advertised , I was solicited more than once just Trying to get to check in. The owners have a side window entrance . They photo copied my if without telling me. When I asked why - said for police

Got put in a smoking room when specifically asked for non smoking. Also front staff desk gave me a judgmental look when I tried to check in late at night

There was a bed and the clerk was dressed neatly.

The TV didn¿t work, the neighborhood was so dangerous that the clerk wouldn¿t let anyone in the lobby. There was no breakfast or even coffee as advertised. There were holes in the wall and bedspread and I felt unsafe (lots of strange men hanging around)
