The room was spacious, the location is right off 485 and could get to work faster than expected. The staff are great! Communication, free breakfast daily. The price was right!
Loved the room and when something was wrong the front staff was helpful with what they could be with.
Great customer service. The rooms were clean. Great location. Welcoming atmosphere.

Cons -

The shower gel was empty when we got there and after calling the front twice to get housekeeping to refill it we left with it still empty. Ran out of lotion as well. Even after housekeeping made the bed the shower gel was still empty.

The front desk wasn't as helpful or engaging as I would like.

I liked the location as it was near Carowinds Amusement Park. The breakfast was okay but included with the price. I liked the social hour at the end of the day with food & drink.

The front desk wasn't as helpful or engaging as I would like.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I wish the thicker decorative blinds would slide to cover more of the window so that I didn't get sun first thing in the morning. Not a real big deal though.

The location was perfect for my trip. There are tons of restaurants and shops immediately around the hotel. The room were spacious and we'll furnished. The staff was very friendly. And the room was clean.
