    • Great service. Great food. Great room.
    • Ambiance and customer service
    • The staff was exceptional

    Cons -

    • I didn't like anything about the hotel. Customer service was terrible and service to extremely long. Felt like I had no privacy. Gave me extra charges without consulting. And lied about smoking in the room. and wasn't aware that Hot tub was out of service
    • Loud music from across the street nightclub until 2am!
    • Hearing the noise from the street

Nice pool facilities; Clean; Great staff

Overall looks dated; Several small details that are not up to a 5-star experience: light switches are super challenging to find; Lack of power outlets; door to bathroom doesn’t lock; hairdryer doesn’t work.

Our airline stranded us late in the evening, so we didn't have a chance to enjoy the hotel amenities, but our room was very comfortable and we got a good rest to face the ordeal at the airport in the morning.

Nothing we could point a finger at.

    Valet service was nice

Wifi was horrible, signal kept cutting off. Ants invaded our champagne bottle before we could finish, which was $100. Fire alarm was pulled at 11pm causing an evacuation bc a drunk pulled the alarm. Horrible honeymoon stay.

The front desk staff upon check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

We were on the 8th floor, street side. The noise from cars revving through the streets until 2:00AM made it difficult to fall asleep. We ordered room service when we got back to the hotel from the concert. We asked for an estimated time before placing the order and were told 30-35 minutes. It arrived an hour and 45 minutes later. I would stay here again but I would request an interior room and would avoid room service.

The staff in the available facilities.

The bed was squeaky, the iron was cheap, leaked and ruined my wife's shirt, The shower temperature could not be regulated and would fluctuate drastically without even being touched. I had to stand in the shower with my wife and manually operate the handle to prevent her from being scalded. I then had to take a cold shower. I expected far better accommodations for a room costing seven hundred dollars for a one night stay.

I didn’t For the price and the staff available there should never be thugs standing 2 feet from the door offering drugs to people. After 9pm on the weekends staff should not be letting anyone near that door that doesn’t have access to building ! Very disappointing trip.

The room was phenomenal, the service was awesome, the breakfast was good, and the location was okay. I didn’t care to look at the Epicenter every time I looked out the window.

Would have expected better quality robes for The Ritz.

Carpeting in room was outdated and suspect of cleanliness.

valet, front desk staff and spa staff were amazing. the bed was super comfy.

there was no microwave in the super expensive room. jacuzzi was unavailable.

The service was amazing. From the time we pulled up to the main entrance. Starletta and Kiara checked us in with ease and professionalism. Then later the folks at BLT Steak, particularly Sarah and Eric, made it a wonderful evening.

I didn't like having to leave. It was a wonderful stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and are very much looking forward to our next stay.

Hotel staff was excellent, hotel was beautiful. Room was nice beds were not that comfortable. I did not like the fact I was charged for parking as for the cost of the stay that should have been included. Enjoyed my stay but would look into other hotels before returning.

Parking charge and a dirty robe in the room was not welcoming.

    10MichaelPosted on: 4-30-2022

The food at the BLT Steakhouse is world class! The proximity to the Spectrum for the Journey concert was a bonus.

There was a slight problem with the shower being off balance and the floor got a bit wet. Problem was addressed with staff.

The expresso machine, bathroom, feathered, house sized suite, fast elevators, friendlyness of ALL staff.

Breakfast could have been much better. And hotter. You would think with very few folks there the English muffin would have been hot and the omelet soft as asked.

    10AllisonPosted on: 3-7-2022

The property was beautiful. Great location and we were in walking distance to everything we needed. Excellent staff/service.

The air didn’t seem to be working well in the bedroom.
