Hampton Inn Charlotte-Uptown

My room was never cleaned, the pool was dirty with sand floating in the water. The housekeeping staff was bad making excuses why they did not clean my room.

Convenient location near the NASCAR HOF and the Charlotte Convention Center

No offer or attempt to compensate/rectify me after being locked out of my room for an entire night (forcing me to sleep in a separate room with nothing but the clothes on my back as all my stuff was locked in my original room)

This is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. My room was very comfortable and roomy and the breakfast was top notch.

The lady working the front desk was rude. The "free Internet" was super slow, if you want a faster speed you have to pay more money.

Wonderful hotel -- loved everything about it. Beautiful newly remodeled rooms that were very clean. Great hot breakfast. Super friendly and caring staff and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Was supposed to have a whirlpool tub in room I paid for and there wasn?t any at hotel at all!

I really like the daytime gentleman , he was kind and helpful.

The nightime lady who was at the front desk was rude and not welcoming at all. She turned away and kept talking to a coworker when we walked in vs greeting arriving customers. I intentionally said ¿hello¿ but she continued to disregard us. Room was dirty.

The hotel was really clean and quiet! 4 blocks from the Spectrum Center was a plus!

The shower was nasty , broken shampoo off the wall. The room was extremely dusty . The indoor pool was very murky

Location to the hall of fame was great.

There really wasn¿t any place to put your clothes. There was just a small cupboard with 3 little baskets. Only issue we had was the window would open and we were on the 9th floor. I did report to the front desk and it was secured quite quickly.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and nice.

The pool was cold and foggy. My room didn't have a microwave or a dresser.

having to pay 25.00 per night just to park there and the absence of ice machines on the floors which made it an inconvenience having to go to the front desk.Also the guest laundry was not available

Good location. Breakfast met expectations.

We did not have hot water for shower. Would only get slightly warm, not enough for comfortable shower. The bathroom door was very hard to slide ¿shut¿ (barn sliding style door, does not offer much privacy) Parking garage did not have enough check in spo

The hotel was modern, comfortable, and in a great location - short walk to Bank of America Stadium, all sorts of restaurants and attractions. The breakfast provided by the hotel was great- had a variety of items and hot items. Will definitely stay again1

I can't think of a thing I did not like!

The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is an easy walk away from the convention center and many restaurants. We have stayed here before, and I will consider this location for my next stay.

The tub did not drain properly, even overnight. The AC struggled to keep the room comfortable. We had to turn it down to the low 60s during the day, which froze us at night.

The cleanliness, the hospitality, the employees who were happy working at hotel, the amenities, and last but not least, the daily complimentary yummy breakfast served by cheerful and accommodating employees.

The Hotel was in a great location. Breakfast wad Good!

Staff was rude,unhelpful, aswell lied abt fees. Was to be $50 held.25 parking,25 returned after checkout and inspection. No.$50 plus an additional $25! The toilet was broken an ran all night. No remote for tv. Shower rod broken. Room smelled like smoke.
