Property in and out was very clean (despite ongoing renovations). Room including bathroom had plenty space and great lighting.

The parking lot needs to be expanded for more available parking at night.

The people were kind and helpful. The hotel is under renovation. BOTH elevators had cardboard and blue blanket walls with graffiti all over. Our original room was supposed to be two queens, but it was a king suite with mirrors off the walls...

Sha helped to try to find another room - it was also a king. The system showed both rooms as double queens, so it was confusing. She finally got us a double queen room , but it was after a long day and a late night of switching.

I got stung by a hornet

Very loud - there were people yelling in the hallway at around 3 a.m.

I was double charged for the room because they said I didn¿t pay for my reservation (which I did and had the receipt as proof).

The 24hrs coffee accommodation.

I had bugs in my room and the shower faucet was broken, along with loud heating unit. I told the front desk, but they just shrugged it off.

Neat, clean, and Pet friendly. Quick easy check in and friendly staff.

Breakfast was sausage patty and small cheese omelette - both were very bad. They had good selection of toast, tiny muffins, juice, and a waffle maker.

The location

The room I book for was infested with bugs I seen 4rooms that was infested they came in spraying with raid and trying to vacuum the bugs up they where flying around falling on the bed floors I have pictures the management was not helpful asked me to leave

The staff. To go breakfast was good. Miss the breakfast from the past.

No tea bags in room. 2 wasps in room that my husband had to chase into bathroom to get rid of them...Have pics if needed. Also we were in room 208...no curtain on window. So lights from front of hotel were showing thru window.

Location and staff... room was clean but sheets were very wrinkled... my thought, were they slept in... no tea bags in room... had to go downstairs...breakfast to go was ok but not nutritious... I guess I was expecting fruit.

I like the fact that it was close enough to the airport so I didn¿t have to drive so far.

The noise level. Didn¿t give enough towels and washcloths. No breakfast and it wasn¿t enough light in the room. The room was very dark.

Easy to access from interstate, breakfast was wonderful, and handicap room was perfect for my mother's needs.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the location is super convenient for access to I-77.

No. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. We had a great experience and felt the hotel was really comfortable. It was just what we needed. We heard that the hotel is going to be updated as well and can't wait to see what it's like when that is done.

Room was nice, staff nice. Good breakfast

Bathtub could have used some new caulk. Black around the corners of tub.

The fact that it was family friendly. The staff was professional. And having a fitness room was a plus.
