Hyatt House Charlotte Rea Farms

Enjoyed the cozy feeling right from the start. The entire staff were very friendly as well helpful.

Parking was a bit tight but manageable.

The room was clean and towels/washcloths/toiletries were refilled each day.

Breakfast ended to early so we missed both days

There was no breakfast... when I asked what happened, I was told that no one showed up for work. The front desk didn't seem interested in even getting some yogurts out of the fridge in the kitchen.

Very clean and modern appearance with the hotel.

The breakfast!!! THERE WERE NO EGGS!!!! They had sausage patties and pancakes which were luke-warm at best and no eggs. On the first morning they also were out of regular coffee. To put it bluntly, the breakfast absolutely sucked!

Everything, the hotel was a fantastic location, staff were always smiling. Entire property was clean, rooms were immaculate and I ALWAYS have the best hotel sleep in a Hyatt House bed.

The desk person's attitude when I reported that I hadn't slept the night before due to a screaming child next door and asked they do something about it. Also coming back to two bags of garbage (soiled diapers and food) they placed in the hallway overnight

Location and aesthetic. Very clean, free morning breakfast, hotel bar until 10pm. Walking distance to three nice restaurants and a Starbucks inside Harris Teeter.

Location of hotel pool lacked privacy and hotel parking full quickly.

Very friendly front desk agent. Room was clean, wifi was fast, bed was comfortable, public spaces were very nice.

Water pressure in the shower wasn't great.

They upgraded me with no extra charge as a curtesy to check in early.
