The staff were amazing, as well as the King suite, and location!
The mattress was very soft and had dips in certain spots and the pillows were also very soft. This is the only reason for not giving this hotel a 10.

Don¿t Pay extra for a room on a higher floor with the exception of having a view of downtown Charlotte. The condo building in front of the hotel block all views of downtown. No microwave but the fridge helps store some drinks and fruit

Easy access to a lot of restaurants. Nice bar and staff. Free parking with good sized spaces. Very clean.
The air falls right on the bed, and there is only a comforter with no sheet. So, we went from very cold to hot as the air cycled. Beds were too soft for our liking, but thats just our opinion.

The bathroom set up was weird but the lack of a proper water closet door was horrible! Very awkward when you share a room regardless of who the other person is.
