- front desk very helpful and relational/engaging; also, having an airport shuttle was great and nice to have, extremely close to airport (too close actually, see below)

Cons -
- If you don't mind massive amounts of noise coming in from outside the hotel, this is your place. Got zero sleep the night we were there. Non-stop jet engine noise from arriving jets, constant car and truck noise, emergency vehicles, etc.

- The hotel was not in a good location. The hotel shuttle did not pick up from the Airport until 4 pm and our airplane came in at 12:30 pm. We had to call an Uber to take us to the Hotel. Our room did not meet our expectations.
