The room was clean, but very simple.

No closet, mini ironing board, kitchen was very small, only room for one person at a time.

the breakfast The breakfast staff were absent, and when I inquired at the reception, I was informed that the hotel had not received any food deliveries that day. I noticed several guests in the breakfast area, visibly confused about the situation

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable.

Pool was kind of small.

Stayed here when my flight was canceled and the hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was very modern and clean and staff were friendly.

Free parking, free breakfast, gym and pool area, laundry on site. Clean rooms, full kitchen in each room.

Still a little bit pricey...the taxes and fees they charge are almost as much as the room itself...ridiculous.

Location and size of room

Walls are paper thin! I could hear everything next door, like normal volume conversations. Doors slam shut & make a very loud noise in my hallway. Room needs new headboard (it¿s worn/peeling);ceiling vents are very dusty. No room service/restaurants

My spouse and I stayed Valentine's weekend. This is our 2nd stay. We didn't utilize the outside grill or enjoyed the fire pit this time. Beds are so comfy.

The 1st morning no turkey sausage or eggs. But, was available abundantly the 2nd morning. Entire staff had great interaction.

The bed was so comfortable we enjoyed it.

My remote didn't work even after changing batteries several times

We got stranded in the snow storm and the staff was wonderful!! And the room was gorgeous we loved it!!

Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted by a most friendly woman behind the desk. Her name is Shawna. Remember that name! She helped me with my reservation with booking.com that was NOT received! She had the best demeanor and understanding and cleared the whole mess up. Our room was great! Clean. The best bed I've ever slept in! It was like sleeping in a king sized hug. I wish I knew what kind of mattress it was and topper? Shawna needs a raise!! Also, the breakfast was great! Many options, clean and plenty. I wish I would have gotten the name of the woman who worked that area. She too was on her game keeping everything in check. Give her a raise too! This was a great place to stay. Thank you to the staff.

10 minutes from downtown and area has a lot of food and shopping places this is the only place I stay in Charlotte very clean and comfortable

Very clean and spacious for our family of 6. The staff was very willing to assist with all of our needs. the breakfast was excellent, great variety of healthy options and tasty waffles!

I loved the location of the hotel and the bathroom of my room.

I had to wait over 2 hrs before I could get in my room and when I did found stains on the pillow and comforter. The stove was also left on, which I’m glad my friend noticed.

I never stayed there. Booked room. Then ten minutes later some one called and told us the room wasn't available it should have never been on the website. To say all that my card was charged for a place we didn't stay at .

The hotel was super clean and the location was perfect with tons and restaurants in the area to choose from
