Smelled like dog, hot and stuffy

The hotel was very nice, clean. Staff very nice and welcoming. Upscale area, lots of dining and shopping choices. Also loved that there were plenty of gluten free options for me. Traveling is so so hard with gluten allergy. But this experience was great!

The Staff and room were nothing short of amazing. The location was surrounded by many food options.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very clean and well kept, the rooms were neat and comfortable, and nothing felt worn or lived in. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, which made it easy to unwind. I would definitely stay here again.

No complaints

The breakfast was great. Would’ve love some pancakes or waffles. Besides that everything was fresh and delicious. The oatmeal OMG.

We don’t have a microwave in our room to reheat our food! Don’t get me wrong the room was everything. And the shower, yesssss. Great space, clean and smells great!

The reason for the stay was that The Hotel was supposed to be sponsoring a New Year's Celebration in which we were denied.

Using 3rd party site made it a little struggle to get room at first but was handled.

Loved the location

There was no microwave in the room and the ice machine wasn’t working.

Experience was horrible never got to check into the hotel. I got out the lift and got inside after being in distress. Went to the bathroom after getting my phone charged for a couple minutes to try to get myself.

Was obviously prejudged before I walked in the hotel would never ever want to be near or around a company that has bad customer service like this company employees need to be taught to do better

Property was clean inside

The air conditioning came on and so loud and it rumbled enough to wake us up each time. It sounded broken or like a part was rattling inside it

It was clean and just how it was shown in the picture with beautiful views. This staff was really friendly and helpful.

When they say free breakfast that’s what it should be! No need for someone to pour my drink and take it to the table for a tip when it was buffet style.

Nice hotel

I keep calling for the last 3 weeks to get a refund and they keep saying they will call me the next day. (They charged me for breakfast when my reservation included it)

Pleasant

Our toilet was broken. We didn't notice until we were in for the night, around 11:30, but it wouldn't flush and ran all night. We didnt end up calling the front desk, bc it was so late, but let them know about the problem when we checked out
