The Beacon Charlotte Airport

Location

a. Confirmed handicap room not acceptable but had no options. b. Room not the cleanest room. c. Inadequate hot water. d. Room too far from elevator for handicaps.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast attendant was very friendly and sweet!

I had 3 persons listed on my reservation and needed the pull out sofa bed. No where were there extra sheets or pillows for that mattress. Very disappointing! I should not have had to request them. They should have been available in the room.

Very helpful staff. Airport shuttle even took me to the local Cracker Barrel to pick up my food order. (There are no local food services that you can walk to)I would definitely stay here again! FYI pool is closed at this time.

Room was nice size , clean and staff were pleasant and helpfull

Hotel was good. location noise from airplanes from airport and street traffic is constant and loud making it difficult to sleep.

The elevator was broken for my entire stay and my room was on the 4th floor. GM lied and said he sent an email two days before letting people know. I was in a group of 8 and none of us got an email so that was a bold face lie.

Terrible place to stay. Elevators not working and they had no idea when they could get them fixed.

Chelsea at the front desk was super nice and helpful.

Very run down. Literally was shocked by bedside lamps and had to unplug them. Only got 2 travel sized pillows for King bed. Chose not to leave our luggage in the room while we were out as this was not the nice hotel and location as pictured.

There were no sheets in the room for the pullout sofa. Also, the sofa couldn¿t pull out, the tv was in the way. We had to move it over. The bathroom was missing grout along the tub/tile floor edge.

Carpet in the room badly stained, wallpaper coming unattached, room did not look or feel clean

when we got there it smell like someone just took a big poop ¿¿, we only had one roll of tp paper and two bath ¿¿ towels, finally when you flush the pot it took forever to fill backup,the next morning it wouldn¿t fill backup.

Cleanliness was very poor from the moment we walked in, front door,elevator,hallway,carpet in room, sofa & ottoman had really big stains, the desk the TV was on had trash on it, the sheets & the pillows on the bed had stains. Fruit flies around breakfast.

Hotel was only a few minutes from Charlotte airport.

The room we reserved was not available upon arrival. The sofa bed in the room did not fit nor could be holy extended. It also had a very filthy mattress. The carpeting in the room was covered in stains. The pool was not available for use.

They advertise having shuttle service and they told my wife they don¿t and had to take a taxi

The staff. Also, the room was clean and it was nice to have a kitchen.

They tried to charge me for my 2nd day (when I had already paid for it) airport shuttle only went to the airport 1 time a day when I said this was the reason I chose them they offered to reimburse me for an Uber

Reserved a king room and was told at check in that no king rooms were left. Offered 2 doubles instead. Not acceptable. Ultimately given 2 queens. Decent hotel, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast selection.

Handy to the airport for our early flight, provided a shuttle.

The hot tub was out of service ~ very disappointing.

The smell of weed in the lobby at check in,The TV did not work, and to top it off ran out of hot water in 5mins. The room I had reserved was occupied. Tryed to charge me for another room

The tiny indoor pool and dirty with no one regulating The gas behavior and replenishing clean towels.

The staff. WE had a late arrival and when we ask the front desk about nearby restaurants they not only offered excellent suggestions but they offered the shuttle. The shuttle driver and the front desk clerk were both excellent representatives of the comp
