Staff at check in were not friendly. We left on the shuttle at 7am and the breakfast was not ready in time for us to eat. The shuttle driver was sick but tried to do a good job

The hotel shuttle driver, Robert, the front desk agent whom checked me in and your cleaning staff! Very unprofessional!!

I was happily surprised when I walked into the lobby of the Hotel. The gentleman at the desk was extremely friendly and professional during my check in and placed me in a very elegant room overlooking the city of Charlotte.

I found a small roach climbing in the shower room. I had to pay for parking.

Close to airport and friendly front staff

No adjoining restaurants. It was cold to walk but staff gave us a ride to a nearby Hilton Gardens that had food

The ease of access to the airport and relatively quiet location. There was sufficient light and outlets. It was clean.

Occasionally I could hear people talking. It didnt keep me up and as I was sleeping, it could have been from the hallway.

The shuttle service was great, Front desk above helpful. I checked in early, requested 2 rooms next to one another, they accommodated. Shower fantastic, bathing products great. Beds comfortable. Breakfast good @ 6:30 AM for early travelers

No, great experience

We stayed here before a flight, and it was perfect for that. The bed was very comfortable; the room compact but efficient. Good water pressure in the shower. Room was spotlessly clean. Staff was exceptionally helpful and kind.

Breakfast was breathtakingly bland. Thankfully there was salsa and Tabasco on offer. The pancake machine was fun to watch, but the pancakes were tasteless, and not helped by the flavored corn based syrup.

Shower was amazing. Soaps and grooming products were very nice. Plenty of options and locations to charge phones and tablets. Shuttle drivers to and from airport were helpful and knowledgeable airport and restaurants near hotel.

Modern, clean, minimalist hotel room. Nice soap & shampoo. Good breakfast!

Friendly staff, location, cleanliness. We needed a certain type of shower/tub for my husband that had had back surgery. The asst manager let me check out 2 rooms to make sure that he could safely use the shower.

The television did not work. The asst manager came up and reprogrammed it and it worked, but did not work again once we got up in the morning.

Close to the airport and includes a shuttle. Let¿s us keep our car there during our trip for a nominal fee, accommodations are clean, there is a good breakfast, and there¿s a cute bar for a nightcap.

New location and great location to the airport.

The shower floor was very slippery. It might be the material used. I can see future accidents.

Hotel shuttle was on time and efficient. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was really good. Rooms were quiet.

Hotel Stuffs are so friendly. Airport shuttle service is available. Clean and comfortable room.

The location is close to the CLT airport but no so many restaurants around this hotel. No bath tub of the room, only shower at this time.

It was easily the equivalent of Hilton Garden Inn nearby, and better rate for our dates. Have stayed at both this summer. We used to stay at LaQuinta Airport North, but it no longer offers airport transport and the place is really in bad shape now.

It was clean and all of the staff was was friendly. The breakfast was great. With covid I’ve only seen bagged breakfast so a hot breakfast was awesome! The shuttle driver was fast and I enjoyed speaking with her.

The beds are a bit hard for my taste.
