The location
Unfriendly staff. White Caucasian receptionist behaved like a KKK member towards non Caucasians. Black lady unfriendly as well. The only gem and star at the reception desk is SARA . FRIENDLY, WARM AND MAKES YOU FEEL SPECIAL WHAT A BLESSING!
This was the cleanest hotel ever; staff were top rate and personable; breakfast was excellent , lots of choices.
Everything was better than were expecting. Even at 1:30am check-in the woman that checked us in was pleasant and helpful. Room/bed comfortable! Much appreciated after a long flight. Thank you!
Very clean and cozy
The room they gave me was right next to the elevator so it was a bit noisy
The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. It was well situated, close to the airport and major highways and streets.
Friendly staff; good breakfast; engaging lobby area.
Lobby bar was closed on Friday and Saturday nights - really?!?! Had trouble with the TV in our room, so they moved us because no one could fix it! Second room had a broken shelf in the shower.
This was a wonderful hotel. The staff was so polite and the room was great. The location was also great.
Nothing. It was great!
Brand new hotel ... Clean ... staff very friendly .
Newness and cleanliness
Free breakfast was average
Close to the airport but quiet. Very comfortable bed
clean modern
Proximity to airport and shuttle.
Only scored lower because we hat to spend another $25 for 2 cars parking
Paying for parking. Will never stay there again because of this.
Breakfast area was so clean
Great hotel for when you need to catch an early flight. Great shuttle service
Clean and new. My wife said this might be the cleanest bathroom weve ever had in a hotel room.
No negatives
It was clean & modern.
