Quiet, clean, very polite & professional staff, nice location.

Only complaints are there was no microwave in room & the shampoo bottle in shower was empty (but that’s minor). Otherwise, we enjoyed everything about our stay and would recommend & would stay again.

Clean rooms.

There is no breakfast at this Hotel. Not even and open Restaurant. For the price of the Hotel - they could at least supply the bagels and tea and coffee. They had one coffee pot for the entire hotel. There was an ice storm - very Inconvenient.

How clean it smells when u walk in

The hallways should smell the same as it does when u walk in the hotel. The halls and elevator need to be freshened up. There?s no microwaves in the room u have to walk to use the microwave and the price of food and drinks is pricey.

No microwaves in the room u have to walk to get to one and the halls and rooms don?t smell fresh like when u first walk in the hotel. Refreshments very pricey my daughter was charged 4.33 for a Mountain Dew bottle

Staff was horrible, very scary night, Robbery and break ins to cars. I¿d like a refund! Do not go here!

The location, because there was noise and it was more secluded. The bed was comfortable as well

The room was small , we had no toiletries, the toilet paper had been used , our pillows were over stuffed and the water barely flowed out the faucet!!!

This hotel provided me with the best service I've ever received.The staff is excellent.housekeeping manager is so kind and goes out of her way to ensure a great stay. Weekend Night audit audit manager and bartender/maintenance man made my trip memorable.

No iron or iron board in room¿¿

The King suite was amazingly themed. We loved the open design of the space. We also appreciated the ease of the walk-in shower because I have a disability that makes stepping into tubs difficult.

We would have used the pool if it was enclosed. It had recently rained so that deterred us from swimming outside.

Nothing major just room size was a little bit small but other then that everything was Excellent

I love the location, cleanliness, and decor.

The hallways were noisy after 11pm and the lady at check out was eating sunflowers seeds, and spitting the shells into her cup while I stood there waiting to checkout.

Could park my car by airport.

I did not get my wake up call. Elevator was dirty.

Everyone of the staff we encountered was amazing. Fantastic customer service from Summer with a very warm welcome. The gentleman in the morning was so kind and helpful.

The cleanliness and decor

I had to change hotels due to a dog convention and I have allergies. The second hotel was excellent!!

Very nice place with accommodating staff.

There’s no discernible way to shut off the hvac fan and the room was very very dry.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish!!! Best check-in ever. Friendly staff! Clean and comfortable! Close to everything! Pool was warm and the highlight for my grandson! Beautiful property!

Very nice, new and modern hotel. Clean and beautifully designed. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful area with lights and firepits outside. YOu can get complimentary coffee, cereal and fruit for breakfast.

Only one inconvenience: there is no private shower. Only bathroom is somewhat private but shower has glass door and might be not convenient if travel with kids.

I did not like that there isn’t a separate shower area. The only private and separate area was where the toilet was.

The tv and the air broke while i was there and i got charged twice for the room.
