Great location, convenient and well situated.

We had one of the worst nights ever due to poor soundproofing everything could be heard and we couldnt sleep at all

I liked the location and the room was nice and clean

I heard a man on my floor, loudly cursing at someone, engaged in a hostile verbally charged tirade. Also, on several occasions, there was nobody at the front desk while people were waiting for service. Finding parking after 8pm was challenging.

Staff location and cleanliness

No airport shuttle

No microwave or coffee in the room. Had to go to the lobby for both.

The beds were not comfortable. They were hard. Have stayed at other Tru properties and the beds were nice and soft.

In the lobby: A broken chair sat unrepaired for some time. Two of the three pool cues were unusable as the tips had been removed or fallen off.

Small room, no closet, no shower soap or body wash, done on the cheap.

Convenience to the location where I needed to be.

I had to ask for my room to be cleaned multiple times on November 2nd which did not occur until the following day and again on November 6th.

Hotel was clean...

No coffee option in room.. Felt like the room was too small..

The staff was great everything was clean neat and fresh

I hate the full vinyl floors. Makes too much noise from people above you. The people above me were up all night stomping and dropping things. Noise was transferred below because of flooring.

Love tru by Hilton in general

The location was bizarre and there were several lights in the parking lot strobing/flashing rapidly all night. Very annoying had to keep the shades drawn and was still getting flickers. Wallpaper is starting to peel, shower floor was SLICK.

Close to highway and my destination.

For this to be a hotel that allows animals, my room was incredibly clean and it didn't smell like dogs! I was surprised because most Hilton's rooms stink because they allow dogs. This TRU hotel was very clean! Breakfast was great! Gabby is a Rockstar!

They have no closets and no microwave in room but I'm okay with that because I'll take Cleanliness over anything!

All Tru Hotels are set up the same. Nice pool table in the lobby, plenty of seating there too. The room was clean and the surrounding neighborhood was good. Well worth the price paid.

The powdered eggs aren¿t great but other than that, the place was well kept and breakfast was decent. I enjoyed the free parking too.

We were locked out after 11 pm and it took over 30 minutes for a staff member to answer the door, no one ever answered the phone

We loved the cleanliness and simplicity of the stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Great place to stay close to Carowinds !

I wish there was a coffee pot in the room .

Price is very affordable. Clean rooms and public areas, and service was very friendly and helpful.

Rooms were very small. No closet but an area to hang a few clothes, but when staying five nights there¿s a need to put all of your hanging clothes. Bed was comfortable, and a very fair value for the money.

It was new and hip. A social atmosphere and a very noticeable focus on eco consciousness

my card key did not work upon arrival so I had to switch rooms. the toilet stopped up, they brought me a plunger and expected me to un stop it. The tv remote didn't work and continually had problems working once someone came to repair it. there was no .
