- When checking in I was not told about parking cost being associated so I got $110 bill. The sign says 1 car per reservation when you drive up. Fridge and elevator out. The one elevator wouldn’t stop on our floor so we had to take steps. Bed was terrible

- Valet killed my car battery most likely.

No plug for bathtub. Cold pool with no heater. Valet fee of $50. Lobby bar closed. Lack of proper staffing.
