Price, cleanliness, staff

They offer complimentary ice water in the lobby that has lemons and green leaves in it. Undrinkable. Lemons are common but green wilted leaves??? Staff assured me it is a company directive and they are required to put them in.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.

The breakfast

The first room I was assigned had a huge roach in the bathroom. The second room had a dead baby roach. Disgusted

The locaton is amazing, there was traffic for holidays, all around, except it was like a peaceful oasis in there.

No exhausr fan in the bathroom, steamy in mirrors after girl's showers, not major.

The dude posing as a woman that serves breakfast and the trash that comes out of its mouth

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and the rates reasonable and also a nice complementary breakfast.

I chose this Fairfield Inn & Suites due to its proximity to a 09/13/24 wedding. The staff there is great! Everyone was pleasant, informative, cheerful and most helpful, especially Hotel employee, the night clerk and the Breakfast person(didn't get a name).

Indoor pool and relatively close restaurants open late.

The shower temperature never got hot. It showed to turn all the way left for hot and it was the same temperature as the middle but only slightly warmer than the cold end. TV remote was also fickle.

The room was very dirty and had a smoke smell. The toilet was dirty with urine and hair.

No me asignaron la habitaci�n que ped� inicialmente, por lo que acept� la habitaci�n la primera noche. Al d�a siguiente se me asign� la habitaci�n pero la habitaci�n ol�a mal en general. Ped� un reembolso para cambiar de hotel pero no me lo dieron todo

Holes in the wall, smelled, no breakfast, no shuttle, tub dirty

The hotel overall was good.

The tub was clogged and there were no accommodations made during my stay so showering was not fun with the water buildup . Couples were fighting and screaming at 2 am .

Hotel felt very chic. Front desk staff was phenomenal. Cute area with access to lots of things to do.

The connecting roads to the hotel are a little treacherous

Quiet, with a good bed. I got a very good night¿s sleep. Breakfast was above and beyond every other hotel¿s I¿ve been to in this price range.

Our water was cold we had to shower in cold water the fire alarm woke us at 3am someone was breaking into room stealing need I say more

The Assistant Regional manager went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Definitely a gem and it's obvious why she is in the position she's in. Will certainly stay again.

The hot water didn't get HOT until after 6:00am. We are early risers and it appears that the system to heat the water is on a timer.

Staff members were very helpful and friendly! Rooms were clean and breakfast was great!
