What I liked most about the hotel is that it has a kitchen and lots of space.

The only thing that I did not like so much about the hotel was the parking. The first day it took my husband and I 15 minutes to get out the garage and there was no one there to help.

We had to pay $28 for hotel parking. I have NEVER in my life been compelled to PAY for parking at the very hotel where I am staying! It was price-gouging, and is something that you need to be SURE people know about BEFORE they book the room! Bad breakfast

Breakfast was good and the location was ok.

Housekeeping was lazy, they didn't come until late and asked if we need service. For what I paid for the room, it'd be nice to have someone make the beds and empty the garbage. I only asked for towels, it was clear they'd be annoyed if I asked for

The location was so convenient and close to everything. Staff was AMAZING! From the moment we checked in close to midnight until the time we left, every staff member we saw was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delish. Room was awesome.

The property was in a great location for a concert at the spectrum center! I was also able to get a free upgrade to my surprise! It def made the experience even better.

Center City location was great for us. Nuvole Rooftop Twenty-Two was our favorite amenity! View of the city, cocktail and food were excellent! Our room was clean, large enough, comfortable and had ample mirrors and shelf spaces.
