Yes the person at the counter gave a person that wasn?t suppose to be there and invaded the room with me and my friend girl
No ice machine, bought some sodas but didn?t have ice to cool it down
The elevators take so long we were late for multiple events even though we had left with 30-45 minutes to spare, and the events were all within a 10 minute walk or drive.

Rooms are fairly small and lack storage. Amenities are at a minimum.

The city view was amazing! Access to the rooftop made the trip top tier!

Figuring out parking was exhausting. Front desk couldÂ¿ve assisted a little better with that.

The hotel is right next to the light rail and the now defunct epicentre. There was a lot of unnecessary loitering and the the staff were never visible. I was tailgated in the door by a non guest(to the main lobby) and no one was there to stop it.

Hotel personnel was extremely helpful & courteous. Location super awesome with Charlotte Hornets stadium across the street, literally feet away!

Elevators were slow due to several occupants but more so expected based on hotel location

Decor

Lots: entrance 5 levels below front desk, always a line for the elevators (1 of 4 was down all weekend); no warning about late night loud music from outdoors below, through 2 am (add an hour for Daylight Savings); no service elevators.

I loved the location to the Epic Center and the hotel was very attractive

The staff was not very friendly. Particularly, the welcoming staff. I had one staff member getting on me about coming in an unlocked door that was 10 steps from the other entry. They had a few dumb rules on the welcoming floor that made no sense.

Location was perfect for attending a concert.

Over an hour to get room (at 5:30pm). So many people waiting for room that bar was packed & understaffed. Front desk understaffed. Room missing bathroom amenities. Rooftop restaurant closed. No manager to be found. No consolation for inconvenience.
