The location was conveniently located near many restaurants and shopping, very clean and comfortable

I loved the location of the hotel. It was amazingly close to everything. I also like that I didn't hear alot of cars driving outside or hallway noise.

There was a buzzing/ringing noise in my room and I am not sure if it was from the a/c.

The location it was accessible to a variety of restaurants and the interstate.

Check in was at 3pm and I didn¿t check in until around 5p also there was a bug in my tub. I have a pic if you need to see it.

Courteous staff, wide breakfast selection with the sweetest lady who made sure we had everything we needed, clean room.

The indoor pool was FREEZING! This amenity is what made us decide on this particular hotel and we couldn¿t even utilize it.

Friendly/helpful staff, overall cleanliness, great location.

Trouble sleeping because unable to adjust room temp to comfortable level. HVAC system too noisy, even when turned off. Stains on metal legs of bathroom vanity create unclean appearance. Complimentary breakfast appreciated but very weak in meat offering.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful.. We had a party of 30 with 10 rooms and they assisted with everything we needed as well as a speedy check in. Would definitely recommend. ¿¿

I had to pay 2 dollars for parking. Never heard of that.

The location is great. The staff from front desk  janitorial, breakfast attendant, all were professional, helpful, and kind.

I stayed in Room 514 from 4/22-4/24 The was never cleaned sheets had stains on them and blood on one of the pillows. The chair by the table had stains all over it. I will never stay or recommend this hotel again. I will be leaving a review about the room

Everything. They are very professional, clean and has all the amenities.Great location, not a lot of traffic. Strategic for having visitors use as a home base.

the proximity to the Premium Outlet mall and highways; rooms had a refrigerator and microwave, and they served breakfast.

During covid it's imperative to follow masking guidelines. Staff wore "chin" masks. Many patrons didn't wear masks at all. I expected the hotel to follow their own posted rules!! And if a staff member wore a mask, they *removed* it to talk to you.

Check in was easy, the room was clean, and all of the staff were courteous. The breakfast was simple but good, and they provided a shaving razor since I left one at home.

Lobby floors and elevator floors were sticky the entire weekend

I enjoyed the newness of the hotel with its upscale current designs and colors throughout. Every staff I met was well-trained in hospitality. All amenities were excellent: exercise room, breakfast lounge, 24/7 coffee, daily hot breakfast. Location great.

I tried to find something I didn't like, and could not.
