Clean! Well maintained! Organized!

Did not welcome me as a rewards member.

The location was amazing!! And the hotel is nice!!

Front desk lady was ok upon check in but was very rude during our checkout We were laying down resting before checkout time and the fire alarm starting going off in our room for no reason which scared all of us! Lady in the front just said..it happens.?.

Easy to get to, extremely close to the highway and a shopping center with plenty of food options

I like the fact the housekeeping people were nice

I didn't like the fact that the phone didn't work in the room and there was a foul oder upstairs from my from 347 over the bathroom area my 2nd day of stay Not enough towels in the room I had to ask for more

The hotel and the room looks like the pictures advertised online. Great staff and very good breakfast.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. Room was comfy and bed was fantastic.

Location was very convenient. Right off of highway and it wasn't noisy at all

They did not have breakfast meat choices. Only 1 sauage and it was pork. Not everyone eats pork

I loved the location and ambiance!

Late flight stay. Stains & hair on bed sheets. Tried to call the front no one answered. In the morning, I expressed how shocked & disgusted I was. The manager ensured she would reach out and take care of it¿ haven¿t heard from her since. Not a good look.

Clean, quiet room. Above-average continental breakfast. Morning front desk person very helpful.

Held meeting at the hotel. Asked for a sign to be put up to let arriving attendees know the location of the room, but a sign was never put up.

Channel guide on the TV remote didn't work correctly.

This hotel was clean and still implemented Covid-19 saftey precautions. Close distance to Northlake mall and eating places. The staff was friendly as well.

The only complaint I have is the smell of cigarette and weed smoke in the hallways.

The breakfast was both efficient and delicious. I didnt have to wait in line for very long and it was offered for a good amount of hours. The staff was above and beyond social, helpful, and kind. I hope all locations when reach this level of excellence.

I can't answer this one. There was nothing they could of done to improve the experience. It was perfect.
