Animal vomit near the front door. No WiFi or television. Hair on the pillows. Many other unidentifiable stains on the sofa and markings on the seats. I must stay in bed in the cleanest corner to get rest. Restroom seats and shower filthy. Sink is filthy.

I paid for a room that I didn't get to use because when I got there they were all booked. The office was closed and the agents were no help. I didn't get my $ back either

I was denied a room. Spent the night in the airport. You owe me a refund!!!!!!!!!

Rebooked my room for higher...

They wouldn't let me check in. Said they were full. Turns out....because of the hurricane there were power outages so they booked a bunch of rooms at a higher price than my discounted rate. Greedy. 4 days later and I'm still waiting for the refund they said they approved.

everything we had no AC had to buy box fans from the store with our own money we were denied all amenities no towel no wash clothes no microwave no fridge no air-conditioning and the owners refused to help us we were 12hrs from home paid for a week in advance in over 90 degree weather. contacted booking and they did absolutely nothing for us wanted us to pay 400 more dollars or stay in a hot box I want a full refund some compensation this was inhumane this is not a hotel this is where people live it's full of drug addicts and drug dealers should not be on booking filthy just should not be able to operate business

They put up a sign on their door to let customers know their rooms were all booked for the night and to cancel with their booking agent. They left me and my child on the street even though we had a reservation. I still haven’t received my money back.

It was a terrible experience

Everything was dirty ! The room window was broken ! Had a board ! There were bugs ! And everything was dirty even the floors and walls

Nothing about the property was good to be honest. Everything about the hotel was wrong. None of the amenities were there. Not a one.

Everything. Still trying charge my card after they said they were full. Charged almost nearly 180 dollars and never stayed. Banks doing an investigation. Would not recommend.

The property did not look or feel safe for a single woman traveling alone. In fact, the conditions were so bad that my Uber driver said he could not drop me off there. I canceled but was charged for the room.

Location and upkeep

nothing. I did not stay because (a) thankfully it was overbooked, (b) the taxi driver strongly advised against this property and (c) I did not want to stay. so I slept on the floor of Charlotte airport instead.
