Quality Inn Battleboro - Rocky Mount

The room.

The breakfast was disappointing: there was no staff who spoke English to assist with breakfast. The waffle machine filling had a problem. The bathroom was not painted and needed it and the shower head did not rotate at all

Location, price, bed and pillows. Felt safe

old, freshly painted walls, doors filthy. Furniture old, but this place inexpensive fine for spending the night. Very poor free breakfast. 1 stale cereal, waffle maker, bread, yogurt

Beautiful room! Clean and comfy. Easy check-in, decent breakfast area, good coffee, friendly staff.

The staff who checked me in were professional and welcoming. I appreciated the hospitality!

The hotel is a little hard to find, as it is located across the street and behind another hotel from the location my map app directed me.

The location was right off the highway and there was breakfast with several different options.

The hotel was visibly dirty with stains on the bedsheets, holes in the walls and dirty marks around the room. It was really not up to standard for cleanliness. I woke up congested and tested positive for covid that evening after staying there.

Cheap

Dirty, my sons feet were literally brown with dirt from walking around room without socks. Their was hair in the bathtub from ?? And cup rings on the nightstand like it want even washed off

It was convenient off of 95 for driving

It was filthy- cigarette butts everywhere outside, dead bugs everywhere inside the room, broken toilet seat, stains on the bedcover. I was hearing screaming people and trucks backup noises until 3am.

The beds were very comfortable and nice comforters over top as well. Nice rooms.

The AC didn't work, so that was not that comfortable. We told the front desk and waiting on a resolution /discount.

The location is perfect if driving on i95 . Very near to gas and food. The room is clean. Check-in was quick.

The breakfast was just ok. Something to eat before getting on the road. The rooms are updated but not high quality.

Location is good and room is great for this price.

Computer is too old and check in is very slow.

location, close to the beach

room is not up to the expectation. furniture is not professional hotel level. Wi-Fi is unstable.

the convenient location to Route 95.

When we went to use our shower the next morning, there was still an open bar of soap and a half bottle of shampoo in the shower when seemed to indicate that the tub/shower had not been cleaned since the last rental I reported this to the desk clerk.

The staff wad pleasant and the breakfast was good. The woman working was helpful and quick to get us anything we needed.

I had a good experience.

It was very clean

The hotel was nice and comfortable, the pool made our stay great

Room was MISSING ALL THE TOWELS NEEDED FOR SHOWERING

Location

Everything¿ old worn out property! Needs complete renovation.

Great staff just good hotel to stay

Hotel would not allow me to cancel my reservations

Yes they were not allow me to cancel my reservations and charge me anyway

Staff

The stopper for the sink would not retract so the sink drained very, very slowly.
