Rooms dirty, hair on couches, no towels, pics website nothing like rooms, no where near beach, never Canceled my room and charge me extra $313 for no reason.

The room was very clean (immaculate). Staff was great. We had a small balcony with great view of beautiful grasslands. Nice and quiet. They have a pool and a covered dock/patio.

Room set up and decor was beautiful.

It would have been nice if the mini kitchen would have been stocked with a few utensils, plates and glasses.

Had no idea where to take trash. Texted and got no answer

Besides the misleading booking and ad and lack of any effort at all to remedy it? Yep! No lamps on the night stands, constantly banging flags on the flag pole just outside, a smoking area that was something like a 100 yards from the building.

Better coffee and adequate water refill. Trash overflow outside.

The fire alarm went off forever right when my baby went to sleep and nobody came to our room to give any info, my one year old also brought me a piece of marijuana he found on the floor. Thankfully he brought it to me and did not eat it.

I like it was a walk to the beach

The fridge barely worked the king we to small for the rooms u couldn?t move around u can also here the next people beside u the motel clerks were not friendly we had to wait on our room and we got there at four and we couldn?t get towels or wash clothes

My fiancee was told there were no rooms available when he called. Staff who checked me in were rude and condescending.

The location was good. And love the layout of the room.

The shortage in housekeeping made everyone stressed. And no extra towels for the pool.

Hotel is in a good location

The pull out couch was completely filthy, like they had just found it on the side of the road, it had a huge animal pee stain on it. The rugs were filthy and stained. The pull out bed was absolutely terrible. Towels were not available at times.

We were in a corner room, next to the stairway and outside exit but we didn't notice any noise from the comings and goings. However, the bathroom was very small, door should open outwards or be a bi-fold door.

Staff was pleasant

I was given keys to a dirty room with bed bugs. 5 keys- 5 different rooms and none were cleaned after the previous person checked out. Had to wait while they found a room. At almost 2am, I was finally given a room that appeared cleaned and it wasn't.

Yes not clean the room not change the tolls 3 days there 2 rooms is terrible service No lo recomiendo staff is not friendly

Rooms were nice and spacious, view from balcony was excellent, staff was on top of all requests, walking distance to beach and nearby shops

Location and value for money spent

Mattress bedspring needed replacing and squeaks when turning in bed. Street lights shown in only window in room and could not be blocked out. Window and outside door needed valance & side covers for light blocking. Front staff informed. Floor drop noted.

I liked how comfortable the beds were. The decor was very pretty as well. I like that there was a living room space separate from the bedroom area.

The bathtub had paint cracking on the bottom, it felt like it was squishy and going to fall through. The smell of the bathroom wasn¿t all that pleasant either.

The staff was excellent! The room was great!

No internet! What??? I missed a couple of important emails. C'mon man! Also, the attendant said the dryer had to be run twice. Here's why: the spin cycle on the washing machine doesn't spin worth a darn. The washing machine needs to repaired.

The room was comfortable and we had a great View. The proximity to what we wanted to do around town was very close.
