Rooms and the rest of the hotel very clean. Great updates throughout. Rooms are a good size with utensils, and dinnerware in the room. Also, large refrigerator, microwave, sink and even a dishwasher in the kitchen area!

Location and the room was very spacious.

The pocket door on the rest room needs a user friendly handle. The door is a little heavy and the small latch on the door is not simple to use. I had to kind of press and pull to get the door closed.

Love the spaciousness and layout. Perfect for multiple night stay.

I am a very picky person, but I did not find anything wrong with this hotel. It was very clean!

The location is nice. Staff are friendly. The pool was a plus.

The dish soap, tissues or shower gel. We found a roach on the floor on our way out. The a/c had a temp control on it so we couldn't turn it down. Mountain view rooms are a view of Best Buy. Someone came into the room and left quickly. Hope it was staff.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. It was very clean. Bed was very comfortable.

A little pricier than I had expected

Easy for us to get to from the activities we were doing. The bed was comfortable. Staff were nice and very helpful.

Everything clean and comfy.

Many items were out at breakfast, indoor pool water was too cold to swim.

Location. They accommodated families with pets and were exceptionally friendly all around.

There was a miscommunication at checking regarding the doorknob hang tag and whether the room would be cleaned.

Upon our arrival, we checked in and had some issues with the front desk understanding our reservation as it was done through Booking. Our initial room reeked of a strong dog odor and as I have a sensitivity to animals, the front desk was quick to relocate us to a much cleaner room, no questions asked. The new room was very comfortable and clean. We love Home2 suites and is one of our favorite places to stay.

Door was hard to open and close, due to it would get stuck. The ac unit was broken and extremely loud, therefore we had to sleep with it off, which caused it to be extremely hot in our room.

Very much enjoyed my fried eggs on a Hawaiian roll. The coffee in the room was actually good. Comfort. Was a specially friendly. They gave me good ideas about viewing the arboretum. Problematic thing that happened to me during my stay is that a car nicked my car in the parking lot which isn’t your fault but maybe the parking spaces could be bigger.
