Quality Inn Andrews

Location

No television 2 of 3 nights, alarm clock not functional, breakfast subpar, bathtub drain broken and noisy clientele. Desk staff were difficult to find in the early morning.

The two rooms we booked were side by side.

Upon arrival, we were told our rooms were on the bottom floor on the left. When we drove around the hotel had all kinds of furniture, mattresses, desks, flooring materials and chairs all stacked up on the sidewalk & leaned up against windows of our rooms.

Room was clean, although non-smoking room still smelled like smoke. Overall it was what I needed for my week long stay.

I had to check out early and could not get a refund for the remainder nights so I lost more money then I went up there to work for and made

front desk staff not at desk when i needed my card updated so I could get my into my room. Called but no one answered phone either...most annoying. Why did my card go dead when I was staying one more more night? this happened last time I stayed there too.

We loved the setting around this hotel. It was very clean and quiet. The room was excellent- it had everything we needed. The staff was nice and made you feel welcomed.

There was nothing I did not like except maybe the breakfast. Due to covid, there was no hot breakfast, just the basics: fruit, yogurt, cereal, etc.

The location. You can sit under the gazebo and look at the mountains and hear the water flowing. The staff was also very very nice and helpful!

Nothing at all. Literally had a 5 star experience at a 2 star hotel! This place is a gem

Due to Covid19, breakfast was in entrance and coffee was empty periodically...there should have been more than one coffee dispenser.

It was very disappointing that you could not go I to the lobby or get a decent breakfast. We have stayed at other hotels during this pandemic and the lobbies were open to check in as well as unique ways to serve their normal breakfast.

The room was very clean. The bedding was wonderful! The staff was super friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed that the pool was not open and that breakfast was not served.

I have stayed at this hotel 5 out of the last 6 weekends. The clerk is always very courteous as we always check in very late...

This past weekend the man, which I was later informed was the owner, was a total jerk. No clue how to check us in, then tells me my phone # is invalid... he reads it back to me and its THEIRS! He said he didnt know what to do, like its my fault

Friendly staff, clean room, free hot breakfast, comfortable bed, quiet surroundings, free wi-fi, swimming pool (but will close this week until spring 2019)...

Not much around the hotel... a bit away from town and the nearby casino, but this one inconvenience is far outweighed by all the positive aspects of this property.

Breakfast options left a little to be desired-- the coffee was awful and the orange juice dispenser was not working.

DIRTY! Stains on sheets and comforter. Urine on bathroom floor. Hair on counters and bed. Could not stay. Turned around and immediately walked out.
