Location and staff

Carpet was old- was put in a handicap room. Door and elevator was loud. Water was out for 12 hours or so.

Pool area

One day there was an old man working and I had to keep hounding him for towel and to turn on the water slides. It was way past 9am.

It was convenient to our needs for the weekend.

They have a real problem with Keying the Rooms. I had to have my Key rekeyed 3 times. They acknowledge they were having issues with the keys. However, from others that have stayed there, this is an ongoing issue.

Room was not nice with cracked tiles on bathroom floor that crunched when you walked. Staff was not professional at all. Curse words where guests could hear it in lobby, not helpful on basic needs like a bell cart to use, breakfast shutting down early.

The continental breakfast was delicious and the staff were all very nice.

Our room had a very large sticky area on the floor between the 2 beds. Also, the incidental charge was a little excessive it held $125.00 on my card and I have an extra $400 charge that is still pending on my card. Over and above the room rate charged.

The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. The gentlemen that let guests into the pool was great and willing to help. The hotel and room were super clean and well maintained.

The Staff, location was amazing. Everyone was so friendly. 12 minutes away from Winston-Salem. Restaurant across the street. Supermarket next door. The water slides and hot tub were perfect temperature. Breakfast was good as well.

The room was a handicap room which was not what we paid for. Stains on the ceiling in bathroom. Hair dryer didn't work. We did request a roll away but was denied because it was a double room yet it had plenty of space for it. Price was too high for this.

The hotel is CLEAN!!! They clean the elevators, and when the morning breakfast is going on - they clean it up right away. The swimming pool is being managed properly.

It would be nice to have a package deal set up for 3 days accomodation for families that I coming into town to spend time with loved ones.

Everything about this hotel was awesome. The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was good . The pool was fantastic.

Very nice breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel is clean, well maintained and the pool area was a big hit with the kids.

Staff was friendly, great location, clean rooms.

Pool was not properly overseen. People eating pizza in hottub. Kids going down the slides 4 at a time forwards/backwards. One little girl busted her head. 3 lights need replaced as well as the Paint overhead. The hottub hot but jets not working sometimes

Excellent customer service by hotel employee and those we encountered. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and accommodating.  was great! Comfy room, quiet, and spacious. My daughter and friend lived the pool and water slide. I loved the hot tub. Yummy breakfast

The fact that there were indoor slides for the kids as well as a movie night with popcorn and drinks. The rooms were very nice and clean, breakfast was amazing

Our overall experience was absolutely wonderful! From check-in at the front counter to our room, the amazing heated indoor pool and water slides to the excellent morning breakfast buffet- the entire experience exceeded my expectations!

Location next to gas grocery store and a sea food and Mexican restraunt. The slide off the pool was a hit with my lacrosse players after a hot day of many games. Feuds were 5 mins down the road

I got a call from a guy in my room pretending to be A Hampton Inn employee that stated an ins missed had happened with the computers and it had dummped my info and they needed it again and my credit card info again because the computer had dummped it.

I liked that it was close to Winston.

The pool was closed and we chose this hotel because of it listing a pool.

Beautiful room, indoor pool with jacuzzi and 2 water slides, breakfast included, friendly and helpful staff

snack bar didn't have much selection, pillows TOO soft
