Motel 6 Aberdeen, NC - Pinehurst

Hotel was disgusting. Staff was rude. Checked out and did not stay there that night. Was told it was cancelled and I would get a refund, but that has not happened yet.

Hotel should be condemned. Bugs everywhere and rooms literally falling in.

They sold my room before I got checked in although I paid in advance

Staff was helpful in obtaining internet connection.

Pool was "closed for the season" NO breakfast was served at breakfast bar.

Coffee maker without basket. No coffee, Freezer in frig a block of ice. No breakfast. Floor under toilet sinking. Floor in office sinking at front wall. NO TV channel guide.

Nice staff. Convenient location. A/C and TV worked well. Great shower and hot water.

Furnishings tattered. First room toilet clogged. 2nd smelled of cigarettes. Given third ok. We had prepaid for two nights, non-smoking, king bed and breakfast. No breakfast. Didn't get king until 3rd Rm. Didn¿t stay second night. Too uncomfortable.

Cockroach in bathroom, hair in shower drain leaking faucet all night, cigarette holes in comforter!

The ease of finding the place and that it seemed quite

The room was not clean what so ever. Bugs walking around. Inwatched the housekeeper NEVER once vacuum a single room.

We had a small travel trailer and had to park it in a spot that was dark and far away from our room, even though there were empty rooms near the camper. We're both handicapped and it was a long walk in the dark in a rough neighborhood with our luggage.

See above. I did not feel safe going to my truck and camper for things I forgot. There was no toilet paper roller, and no ice bucket, but there was a bag.

This place was the nastiest roach infested place we have ever been. Past guests dirty underwear and trash under the beds. Bugs everywhere. Microwave and fridge need to be trashed along with the whole building. Drug dealers dealing a fee doors down.

There was a friendly young lady at the front desk who made my stay pleasant. I didn't get her name, but she was Great!! ¿¿¿¿

No, it was what it was. There was 4, Huge, dead Roaches under the sink.

It was a place to stay

There were roaches and bug literally crawling everywhere, the floors and bathroom looked like they have not been cleaned prior to our stay, the towels were dirty, staff did not give us a discount for our unsanitary room

We had the poorest service I have ever received at a motel: No room support, towels, soap, stopped up drain in sink and bathtub, never repaired in 5 days, requested sheet change never happened. They were reminded EVERY DAY about our needs--no response.

The first room was infested with roaches. I had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. The next one smelled of cat feces and actually had cat feces on the air conditioner.

Leaving.

I got a non smoking room. When I got to the room and opened the door I was met by the aroma of cigarette smoke. As I walk into the bathroom I could smell that someone had pissed on the toilet and floor. Highly disappointed.

The convince of a grocery store gas station ABC store Big lots and the kitchenette in the room.

Staff is unprofessional lady with dreads the dike.. Needs to be reported to corporate. Shut of power in my room made me change my room to a nasty room refrigerator leaked.

Price

The ceiling was leaking on the bed all night and there were cockroaches everywhere. The sink was broken and the fan in the bathroom. And when I told the lady at the desk she didn't care this is the second time I stayed there and had a bad experience.

The rooms are nice for the price.

The manager was extremely rude to me and my husband. She was banging on our door at 8am on the day we checked out and told us we had to take all our trash with us. I couldn't believe it. I've never heard that in my life

The staff was accommodating.

They did not have the room I requested ready upon check in and they put me in a smoking room while I had requested a non-smoking room. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable.
