Cons -
- We booked 2 queen bed suite with kitchen and couch. We were first given a bunk bed room. We were downgraded to a small 2 bed room with no kitchen, couch or even a table to sit at. Wasnt offered a refund or a reduced price. Disappointed ):
- Room was small. No microwave, mini fridge or coffee maker.
- Water does not get hot enough to enjoy the spa tub.

Location! The town is small so you can get around easily by car as long as there isn't any traffic. If so, the location is walkable but just far enough away from the main streets to keep out of any congestion going into the park.
Water does not get hot enough to enjoy the spa tub.
The location is perfect to the park. You got own space so no noise from neighbor. The rm (43) we stayed has full kitchenette.
The linens are not clean and wrinkled. Pillow case was somewhat yellow. Th charge resort fee but nothing we could actually utilize. The spa was outdoor and they had a cover on top. It is not reasonable to charge $15 resort fee
The hotel's location was perfect. Very close to the entrance to Yellowstone, shopping and dining. We enjoyed comfortable beds and coffee/hot chocolate in the lobby.
The bathtub could use a little update.
They did allow us to park our camper in their parking lot. Regarding our room and the cost, Nothing, I would never recommend this family unit at this hotel.
Two queen size beds were in the living room. Very inconvenient and no privacy. The lighting was so dim. The HVAC did not work well. The jets in the bathtub didnâ≢t work. The wood stairs to the second floor were steep and dangerous! Awful setup!
Beautiful log cabins and the location in West Yellowstone was great. Very helpful staff.
It is the best place to stay in Yellowstone for extended periods of time.
It could have been cleaned better, though we did stay near the end of the season.
We enjoyed how easy and how close it was to get into Yellowstone and how close it was to all the other attractions in town..awesome place
Beds were old and uncomfortable otherwise it was fine
Room being cleaned before we checked out
Everything was Great !!!
The staff is always friendly and welcoming. If we needed additional items, especially it being Christmas, the accomodated.
This is a suggestion only, not a dislike of thw property. We actually use the kitchen as we cook several meals in. It could be better equipped with a few items. Large mixing bowl or a large bowl for salad and pizza pan. It was hard to cook that and try not to make a mess.
Very friendly staff and perfect location.
Originally stayed on the bottom of a 2 story cabin which was very loud from neighbors upstairs. They graciously moved us to a single story cabin which was perfect!
The separate cabins gave good privacy. The atmosphere of the cabin gave a great feeling to our grand yellowstone adventure. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were wonderful.
Singular complaint : our showerhead leaked from the back. It needs to be replaced.
It was a nice property
The couch bed pull out mattress was terrible. The beds mattresses were not the best either. One of the people, with us who was with us, slept on the floor because the mattress. The employees were great. All the employees were nice.
Such a cute and cozy cabin. Very roomy.
Maybe a nicer hot tub area.
Cabin
Sofa was old cabin was missing furniture and need more lights/lighting
The office was very accommodating. The location was excellent
The unit has old stained carpet in it which is creating a old musty smell. The only window is exposed to the main road with no blinds. You either let everyone walking by see in the room or close the blackout curtains and the unit is extremely dark without closing the curtains
