Front desk staff could have been more friendlier, courteous and welcoming. Not many protein options in the breakfast.

Corner room was cold, not enough insulation from outside. Inside Garage needs an elevator from main floor at least. Rear parking was not plowed sufficiently reducing it usefulness

Maybe 1 or 2 more options for breakfast for a strict vegan, and oil free, but it looked good for other people!

Proximity to Yellowstone NP entrance and restaurants. We were able to walk to every restaurant and there were others within walking distance. Also loved the western decor, the lobby was very inviting.

The breakfast was adequate but was offered starting at 7 AM, a bit late for anyone wanting to get an early start to the day. Good coffee but only offered powdered creamer

Breakfast never changed. It was same every day. No hot eggs or cooked food apart from waffles

It's location to Yellowstone NP. It was about 1/4 mile from the park entrance

The poor excuse for breakfast. The same bananas sat there the entire week we were in the hotel rotting. The only hot food was waffles. Otherwise it was the usual cold cereal, pastries and bagels.

Clean, and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. The staff told us all the good places in town to hit.

Way overpriced for what you get. Room was clean except for ceiling vents, they were encrusted with dust & crud,I doubt they were even ventilating anymore. The shower water temp was impossible to regulate, it goes from hot to cold. Drain kept backing up.

The location was great--right in the middle of town, so we were close to the shops, restaurants, Playmill Theatre and IMax.

One night and were directed to the "historical side"of the hotel.Bathroom door didn't close.Room heater did not work--only cold air.Television remote kept locking up so I couldn't change channels.Bathroom floor at threshold was dirty. Can't recommend.

The hotel was well maintained and the staff were most pleasant. Also, ths is the quietest hotel room that I have ever stayed in.

Breakfast was so barebones = the majority of people staying there are going to have very active, physically demanding days. There were no gluten or dairy free options. For the price of staying there, I think that the breakfast needs MUCH improvement.
