- Hotel employee in housekeeping was amazing! Actually everyone was super sweet and welcoming and accommodating
- EVERYTHING! Seriously, hands down thee BEST hotel in Kalispell! We loved everything about this hotel from check-in, to the comfortable beds, room size, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, yummy muffins, especially the beautiful courtyard! It was awesome!

- The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. It was hands down the worst hotel bed I've ever had to endure. If I hadn't gone with a non refundable booking I would have found another hotel. I didn't hardly sleep at all and was sore for the entire trip.
