Hotel Hamilton

The room was great. Very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was lacking, to the point that they might not really mention that as a perk, because cereal and a couple granola bars is not a continental breakfast. Coffee was good though.

General Manager gal was great

No pool like advertised. Out of shampoo. Breakfast was stale food.

The clerk didn?t tell me the AC wasn?t working in their building until after I checked in. It was 100 out that day and the room was sweltering on top of being unclean. I would have scheduled another night, but chose to sleep in my car instead.

The room smelled funny and fan on unit didn't work. Clean but desperately need updating. I'm surprised this is a Wyndham property.

No fart fan in bathroom, the disabled bathroom grab bars are too low in the shower, otherwise It was fine

the location was perfect, the staff was amazing. Staff at the front desk was so kind, he found a error on our reservations and help me get it corrected.

The staff was outstanding. Friendly, helpful, Have never felt more welcome. Price was great.

Bed was comfortable that made the stay fantastic. Staff was great. Would definitely stay there again!

I wish they would have changed out the towels and left more toilet paper but when asked they did deliver..i realize it was because of COVID so all is good.

The staff was helpful and got me a better room when the first one was unacceptable. They tried their best and were quite kind and professional.

The motel has a for sale sign out front and it is badly in need of updating. Quite run down and although not dirty, it was dingy. Everything worked and it was habitable. But there was dust on some surfaces and the smoke detector had no battery.

noise, had no towels and they said my card was declined, but I had already paid online so that was upsetting, and my trailer fender was backed into and nobody said a thing. they did however get me a fridge for my meds.

Fine location. Good quality bed.

Don't care for the bathroom sink design. Just to the right as you enter the room. Effectively part of the main bedroom. Just don't think it's very good room design. Plus (again ) very, very (like one) electrical plug.

Orange drinkaid was awful, coffee was watered down so much it was nothing more than colored water. The last night of our stay, the air conditioner was totally inoperative, and no one at the front counter would answer the telephone. Staff was aware. Bad.

It was located close to our event.

The waffles tasted strange and the pillows were terrible.

I liked that it was clean and parking was goody and cold

The sheets were super cheap and thin. This was Montana and it would have been nice to have and extra blanket to throw on the bed since it was rainy and cold. No UBS plug ins on bed table, or in the room for convenient plug in.

The breakfast options were quite broad for a Super 8. There was a waffle maker, yogurt and fruit, and both hot and cold cereal as well as coffee, tea, hot chocolate and two kinds of fruit juice. Other things included individual muffins and bagels. Great!

No. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot and the room was very clean. All we could ask for.

The location was central for our need.

The same folded up boxes were in the hall for the three days we were there. The bed linens were old and thread bare. there was no stopper in the sink there was a hole in the bathroom door, there was no vent in the bathroom. Breakfast was sparse at best.

The Internet on the second floor was very spotty. I had more Internet connection issues this trip than previous trips at the same location.

So scary dirty door broken yard awful. Worst super 8 ever. Do something I would never stay here again
