Pros +
- Excellent customer service
- Clean room, great restaurant on site, nice pool, working slide
- It had a TV. Also a pool with a stuffed bear. The staff was nice.
Cons -
- The elevator was not working correctly and on several occasions left me stranded on an upper floor. And then when hitting the call button it would open the elevator on a different floor.
- Was out of shampoo and body wash in bathroom dispenser
- Some of the side doors were not locked, you did not need a card to enter the hotel
