Pros +
- The staff were welcoming, informed and helpful. You enter the hotel and someone is actually there to greet you, ask how you are, etc. Really personable, in all respects.
- Location fairly convenient for our activities.
- It was clean and comfortable and the lady at the front desk was very helpful and most pleasant and courteous. The breakfast was also good.
Cons -
- There was nothing wrong with the hotel. In the 3rd floor hallway there is a seem, between two carpets which needed to be patched. Though come on, is that really important?
- Dislike fact that when using an intermediate company any bed size designation seems to be ignored. Wanted a King bed; stuck with Queen.
- It was a little hard to find, but the location was also a bonus in that it was much quieter away from the freeway.
