- Everybody was friendly and went out of their way to help me
- Nothing. The manager was rude and nasty with basic conversation.
- Location, amenities and comfort - cheap, cheerful and convenient to off/on ramps of freeway.
Cons -

- Yes. Everything! The rooms were not very clean. The carpet was disgusting and the smell in the room was unidentifiable.
- Coffee was pretty much just warm brown water, but an espresso shop was nearby.
