Pros +

Very clean and quiet. Quirky old hotel and would definitely stay again.
Old but nicely done.
Great Uptowm Butte location.

Cons -

Swamp cooler for AC was loud all night but at least it was there.
Arrived and parking lot was closed for repairs. Went inside and asked where to park after circling several blocks. Clerk told me to keep circling until someone leaves. Found a lot down the road and left real early for fear our car would be towed.
Small room, poor coffee maker, defective A/C. Rude and ill-informed staff.

Great Uptowm Butte location.

There was no heat. Asked the desk clerk twice and he was going to "send the maintenance man" asap. We got back that night from our event, still no heat but too late to change hotels. Found out everyone knew the boiler was off. He knowingly misled us.
