The size of the room and the kitchenette
I like that we had a little kitchen and a nice big fridge. And a nice big closet and plenty of space for your stuff.
The staff was great! Room was nice!

Cons -

i had stayed at the hotel a few days prior - that experience was 10/10. the room was clean, updated, well kept. service was exceptional. this stay, the room was very outdated, dirty, paint coming off the trim. staff was not as friendly.
Some of the lights didn't work.
I didn?t like the location it was still in Billings but on the outside of it but still paying the downtown price. And I felt like I had no choice but to pay that because I had to stay there in Billings.
