Breakfast was amazing.

Couldn’t swim because they had a worker let other people that wasn’t in the hotel keep coming and it was full of people that didn’t belong there. Also one of the workers was very rude to my child.

Our toilet was stopped up & the staff did nothing. We had to buy a plunger

room was large and nice, plenty of hot water, front desk staff was excellent, food was excellent

maid did not tempty trash every day or attend to towels. Toilt was not cleaned all week

slamming doors walk in handicap shower needed longer curtains to prevent water to pool and not run toward drain on insanely slippery bathroom floor not much on room service seen once in 8 days maybe breakfast is better if you go early.

Decent location and great staff.

There was a roach on the wall when we first arrived.. about an hour later there was another roach on the table.

The hotel staff very helpful friendly, I’m an early riser coffee was always ready and some of the best coffee of any hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

Very friendly staff! Room was great. I know first hand how stressful things are with all the new regulations and rules, but the staff here did a wonderful job to protect their guests and all were very friendly while doing it! Thank you!

This Hotel was one of the BEST i have ever stayed in. It was QUIET and CLEAN. These are my two top requirements for a Hotel. I wish all Hotels were like this one.

We had to get replacement keys every time we left our Hotel. This happening for four days was a real annoyance. In the end we would stop at the front desk and get new ones, before we went up to our room.

Location & breakfast

My grandchildren ages 5&11 were having a great time swimming just as the lights came on & about 10-12 big boys got out of cars & invadedpool. I notified front desk & clerk did make them leave. This appeared to be a regular visit for the group. Upset!!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was as clean as clean can be. The room was comfortable and well arranged. I would stay here again.
