the sheets were dirty and they had bed bugs. I was bitten 3 times on my right top arm. I found the little bug under my pillow. we told the attendant. ask for another room or refund. he took the key and said he didnt have anything else.
No shampoo or hair dryer
There was no refrigerator or microwave in room upon arrival. When we called the front desk the lady was very rude. Around 10 mins later we realized the air conditioner was not working. Front desk didnÂ¿t want to give us refund. Very Bad experience

It was not clean. 3 guests but only 2 towels and rags for a 2 night stay. Had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. TV and phone did not work. AC was falling to pieces and molded and was very loud when running. Saw one very large roach! Nasty floors.
