- Our room has not been redone. However it was very clen and comfortable.
- The location was great, easy y to I access all I needed to in Jackson. It was great being able to walk across the parking lot for a quick bite to eat and the pond was beautiful. It felt really safe.
- Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. We got a room right beside the elevator, so I initially worried that would mean a lot of noise. However, there was no issue. I have no complaints.
Cons -
- When checking I. I was asked to pay an additional charge which was equal to the prepaid cost of my room. I confirmed with the desk clerk that she could see I had prepaid for the room which she said it did show I had it just wasnt the full rate.
- The hotel could use an update... The furniture we had in our 2 bedroom suite was visibly soiled from use/overuse, so much so that we did not sit or lay on it the day we were there. This was a big surprise given the consistency/quality typical of Marriott.
- The drain would start off draining slow, but not much else to dislike. Well, they definitely need bigger tv's in the rooms.
